SchoolEdge is a forward-looking private institution dedicated to delivering a high-quality British curriculum to students from Playgroup through Grade 10. Designed to nurture young learners from their earliest years through adolescence, the school emphasizes both academic excellence and character development within an international framework.
Situated in the vibrant and rapidly developing neighborhood of Uttara Model Town, SchoolEdge benefits from a dynamic urban setting that is easily accessible to families across the city. The school offers globally recognized academic pathways through both Cambridge Assessment International Education and Pearson Edexcel, enabling students to pursue internationally benchmarked qualifications that open doors to higher education worldwide.
At its core, SchoolEdge is committed to inclusivity. The school welcomes all eligible students regardless of race, religion, or background, fostering a diverse and respectful learning environment. At the same time, it thoughtfully responds to the cultural and educational needs of the local community by offering optional Islamic education programs. These include Islamic Studies, Qur'an learning, and Arabic language instruction for interested students. In response to increasing demand, the school also offers a dedicated Hifz program, supporting students who wish to memorize the Qur'an while continuing their general education.
English serves as the primary medium of instruction across all programs, ensuring that students develop strong communication skills essential for global engagement. Since its establishment in 2018, SchoolEdge has steadily grown, and a recent transition in leadership has brought renewed vision and momentum to the institution.
The new leadership team includes Mr. Ziaur Rahman, a respected business leader and CEO of the prominent Bay Group, alongside Dr. Ibrahima Naite, Managing Director of Crescent International School, Bangkok, who brings over two decades of experience in educational management. Their combined expertise signals a strong commitment to elevating SchoolEdge's standards and impact within the community.
Beginning the 2026–27 academic year, the new management embarks on this journey with an initial cohort of 150 students, focusing on building a strong academic foundation and a culture of excellence. The school is accredited by the Dhaka Education Board, as well as internationally recognized bodies such as Cambridge and Edexcel, and maintains a valued partnership with the British Council.
